How to make 'fried' wafer paper which is not really using oil to fry, but merely making the texture looking like fried fish crackers.

STEPS
1) cut an A4 paper into 4 thick strips ( 6 pieces of wafer paper used for this cake)
2) run strips through coloured water on a flat tray, similar to making marbled paper or known as marbling technique in paper craft
3) place strip on frying pan with low heat
4) as the heat dries up the water, the wafer paper will start to look wrinkled.
5) turn over to dry the other side, but not over heat as it will be over dry and crumble easily.

Transfering designs (logo and damask design) from a wedding invitation card to the wedding cake using the image transfer technique.

Steps:
1) Take a photo of the card (logo) or search for damask design on Pinterest (you need a soft copy on a screen: either phone or tablet)
2) Adjust the required size on the screen and trace using parchment paper and pencil
3) Turn parchment paper and outline the other side
4) Pin onto fondant cake and etch outline onto cake
5) Paint etched outline with a fine sharp brush

Step 1: look for damask design on Pinterest or Google
Step 2 : trace design on greaseproof paper or any tracing paper
Step 3 : turn over paper and attach on cake with pins
Step 4 : etch with pencil
Step 5 : use a fine brush and gel based paint to draw outline
