My Cake Decorating Story
I stumbled into cake decorating with the intention of providing a skill for students undergoing Hotel Management studies. Starting with Wilton Method of Cake Decorating under my teacher Rosalind Chan, and eventually becoming an Instructor for 5 years. I am currently in my 16th year and I make wedding cakes and the occasional dessert table for wedding couples in Ipoh, Malaysia.
Continuous learning and improving is what drives a creative industy. This Resource and Library is my online and digital contribution and guide to cake decorating. As with any handmade creations, the satisfaction of crafting a unique piece of art by hand is a reward in itself, whether it is as a hobby, side-gig or a full-time profession.
