Connect With Expert Vendors At Galasa Wedding Fair 2025
The annual Wedding Fair 2025, hosted for the second time by Galasa Caldwell in Ipoh, connects couples planning their wedding to expert and reputable vendors, all in one place and at one time.
The three-day long event features a variety of vendors. From venue decorations to photography, make-up, florists, henna and beauty services as well as cake, candy wall and dessert table.
Booth Setup
Invested in a custom made signage board for branding purposes with a QR code that leads to my Instagram page. I currently use IG as a portfolio of my cakes. This social media platform has ceased to be ‘social’. I currently use it to follow other wedding cake accounts to keep updated with trends internationally.

Cake Tasting
The estimated number of attendees will dictate the amount of cake. Two 10×10 inch square cakes covered with fondant were on standby.
My default 3in1 cake flavour; red velvet, buttercake and chocolate cake 
It was a fun getting to know clients’ session and answering all cake related concerns from how much cake to have, cake sizes, serving portions and designs
Promotion
Free gifts in the from of cupcake boxes and 4inch diameter cake are prepared. A total of 9 were given out, 6 are from Galasa’s food package and 3 are from other venues. I am happy with the results. Thank you clients, for your trust.
