Chocolate Works (Part 6): Chocolates and Pairings
“Chocolates and Pairings” is the brand name adopted to represent my handmade couverture chocolate I’m selling in the form of giftbox. The concept is to combine couverture chocolates with unconventional fillings. Different brands of chocolates are used with widely sourced fillings. Each production batch is widely different to keep work interesting. “Take a Chance, Indulge Your Senses” is the tagline.
Flavours for First Giftbox
The first official handmade couverture Chocolate Giftbox. Fruits and Nuts series that is conventional and easily accepted by many. Four brands of couverture chocolates are used. Valrhona, Callebaut, Patissier and Belcolade; with freeze-dried fruits (raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, peach, and passionfruit) and nuts (pecan, macadamia, walnut, hazelnut, and pistachio). The odd one is a spice, the pink peppercorn.
