The Stunning All-Inclusive Wedding Fiesta (2025) by Weil Hotel
Wedding Fiesta is a 2-day wedding fair by Weil Hotel. Promoting a variety of wedding products and services by Weil Hotel and vendors of the Ipoh locality. This is their second year of running the event, and my first boothing for wedding cakes. A total of 36 wedding vendors are on show, ranging from planners, decorators, florists, bridal gowns, photobooths, nail art, emcees, fragrance and wedding cake.
Wedding Cake Display Stand
Using a custom made stand, to display dummy cakes with sizes ranging from 2 to 5 tiers. Most the designs are using wafer paper. With time constrain of 2 weeks notice, there are no new cakes and all dummies are readily available ones from my home studio.
The dummy cakes serves as a guide to showcase the actual wedding cake sizes and height. Decorated in fondant and wafer paper, showcasing and the overall style, as we know every cake decorator has their own style.
Wedding Cake Promotion at Weil Hotel in 2026
I am offering a discounted price for 5-tier cakes. This RM1,000 price is available for all weddings in Weil Hotel, Ipoh throughout 2026. This includes weddings at the Chinese Restaurant Yuk Sou Hin.
The default cake flavour is the 3in1 flavours (buttercake, chocolate cake and red velvet), specially created to give variety in every slice and cater to the general taste buds.
Cake design is customisable.
Getting To Know Wafer Paper
Wafer paper is the latest medium used in cake decorating. The main ingredient is potato starch and it is fully edible. Wafer paper can be used together with buttercream, fondant and all traditional mediums. Visitors get an opportunity to try their hands on making wafer paper flowers. Introducing the hydrangea for beginner and moving to the more advance wireless rose. Come decorate a cupcake and bring home the finished product.
